The location was VERY central. Shops and restaurants were nearby. Breakfast offered many options. I found the staff to be helpful.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I thought the controller in the room was a placebo. The fridge was NOT cold. It was disappointing given the heat.

The location was ideal. It was near the square. The staff brought sweets to my room upon arrival. It was a lovely gesture, a welcome indeed.
My bathroom light could only go off if I removed the card. I did find this inconvenient. My room was on the first floor under the garden bar. I was not made aware of an event. It was challenging to get my child to bed.

The breakfast area felt very crowded during peak hours. Staff struggled to replenish the food promptly, which led to some delays and limited choices. It would benefit greatly from better organization.
